Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for Ripple Response to perform services.
• Maintain access to required platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media accounts).
• Approve work in a timely manner to avoid delays in deliverables.
Intellectual Property
All work produced by Ripple Response, including but not limited to ad campaigns, website designs, and content, remains the property of Ripple Response until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Ripple Response shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Outcomes or results that depend on third-party platforms, including search engines, ad networks, or hosting providers.
Cancellation Policy
• Either party may terminate the service agreement with a [30-day written notice] unless specified otherwise in the contract.
• Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
